Important Information for Attending Yachts

Dockage and berth registration must be booked and paid for separately from show registration and directly to the marina.

Special Charter Yacht Show Rates:

$1.85/ft Early Bird – Before August 31st

$2.15/ft After August 31st

This rate is valid only for dockage between November 9th–21st; standard marina rates apply outside of these dates.

IMPORTANT – Please note that the marina will charge for all dates reserved, regardless of early departure or late arrival. To avoid unnecessary charges, any changes must be communicated to the marina before the final date confirmation deadline of November 1st.

All Attending Yachts Must:

  1. Confirm your reservation dates directly with Yacht Haven Grande.
  2. Complete payment authorization form and Yacht Haven Grande slip agreement, both found in the buttons below, and e-mail to Sam Mitchell at yhg_marinastaff@igymarinas.com
  3. Confirm arrival and departure dates.

Marina Check-In Procedures:

  • On entry to the marina – call to confirm arrival and slip allocation on channel 10.
  • Once docked please speak with a member of the dock team who will assist you with utilities BEFORE connecting to electricity and water. They can be called on channel 10 if necessary.
  • The dock team will take and log a meter reading which must be signed by the Captain.
  • You may then hook up to utilities.
  • Please confirm all necessary paperwork is complete with the marina office.

Marina Departure Procedures:

  • Request that a member of the dock team record the utility meter readings. They can be called on channel 10.
  • The Captain must sign the utility meter reading log before departure or you may be liable for any additional utility usage.
  • If possible visit the marina office to confirm departure and payment.
  • If not possible to visit the marina office you will be billed to the card on file for dockage and utilities within one week of departure.

Additional Important Information:

  • Please ensure that each vessel is equipped with its own extension cords for electricity and water hoses. The marina has only a limited supply of 50ft electrical extension cords available, which may be rented at a 50% discounted rate of $50 per day. Vessels arriving without adequate extensions may be required to run on generator power for the duration of the show. Yacht Haven Grande extension chords taken after the show will be charged an additional $500 each within one week of departure.
  • Please ensure that each vessel is equipped with steps for boarding. Due to fluctuating water levels at the marina—particularly after heavy rainfall—the sides of vessels can sit significantly higher than the dock. This creates challenges for brokers wishing to board, especially those with mobility concerns. As boarding guests is a standard part of the charter experience, we kindly ask that the same consideration be given to brokers during the show by providing safe and adequate access. Please note that the marina does not supply boarding steps for rental.
  • Management company booths may be set up on the dock alongside vessels. Please ensure that marina golf carts have clear access along the dock at all times for the comfort, safety, and convenience of all participants. Tents, tables, and booths must be arranged to leave sufficient space for carts to pass. If you are uncertain about placement, please consult the marina dock team or VIPCA staff for guidance.
  • Slip assignments are managed exclusively by the Yacht Haven Grande marina office and will only be confirmed upon arrival. A preliminary layout will be available at the beginning of November, at which point we will also announce the order of culinary competition participants. Time slots for the competition will be communicated directly to the participating chefs. Please note that, due to the varying requirements of different vessels, we cannot guarantee specific placement. However, we will make every effort to accommodate special requests where possible.
