THIS YEAR'S THEME IS: "POSH PICNICS"
You must pack a 3 course lunch, including a light snack, a main, and a sweet treat- with a wine (sparkling or still) pairing, to serve to your guests at “the beach”. Unlike prior years, chefs must bring their creations to a central location (TBD) at YHG where the judges will be set up with a stunning beach picnic display from Posh Picnics. Think outside the box, as this is basically an elevated packed lunch! You will be judged based on presentation, creativity, taste, uniqueness, and the compatibility of your paired wine.
Judges are to include: USVI’s very own Champion Boxer and Chef Julius Jackson; Ms. Tegan Lucas, Sommelier; and William Torrillo, Professional Photographer, Former Chef, and Owner of Mango Media.
